Members are issued a stored value PIN which entitles them to receive a new $25 Dining Certificate each month, (credited to their account/PIN) on the first of each month. Each $25 certificate is valid during that membership month, meaning, if they don't use their certificate in a given month, it's basically gone, as the maximum value in their account at the start of that following month would be $25, up to $300 annually.

Minimum requested test file enrollment size to integrate this membership based program benefit is 20K+.
